Appearance:  (7/10) Huge yellowish-green calyxes, packed with solid, sugar like crystals.  Breaks up real easy to the touch; exploding with keef throughout the nug.

Aroma:  (7/10) Diesel smell is very apparent, with a hint of a very fruity berry like scent.

Taste:  (6/10) Tastes earthy and piney (kush taste) on exhale.  The smoke is a bit spicy that is sure to make you choke.

Medicine Type:  The medicine is wonderful.  Very tranquil with an excellent blend of both Sativa and Indica.  Strong euphoric head buzz that is accompanied with a body blow.  Makes me feel very wobbly and places the familiar “headband” right around the top of the noggin’.

Medicine Length:  Long. 2 hours

Medicinal Use:  (We are NOT doctors – personal opinion ONLY) Upper shoulder-neck feels almost an instant relaxation and feels almost like there is a heating pad on them.  No anxiety or nervousness, but a little trippy and potentially paranoia inducing.

Overall:  These keefy little nuggets will just crumble into glistening aromatic medicine when handled.  A perfect blend of both medicine types makes “Head Band” an instant favorite.  I really love the genetics of this strain.  Many breed with OG Kush x Sour Diesel and cross back to Sour Diesel, and others have included other genetics such as Master Kush.  I can really feel and taste the Sour Diesel from the real euphoric onset and strong smell, but also feel a deep relaxation throughout my body.  Tried a few other Head Bands, but this one is grown very proper, showing off its beautiful characteristics to the fullest.  Would absolutely pick this specimen up again.

S.A.G.E. Medical Marijuana Strain Review

Grade:  A

Plant Type:  Sativa-dominant hybrid, Sativa Afghani Genetic Equilibrium)

Price:  $50/8th

Appearance:  (5/10) Looked fine but had been handled roughly again, something we’ve found at THC’s shop.

Aroma:  (3/10) Smelled just like lawn clippings that have been dried out, not unpleasant but not medicinal levels of pungence.

Taste:  (4/10) Pretty harsh with a mild expansion – very earthy and woody.  Caused coughing.

Medicine Type:  This is an immediate medication, causing the body temparature to rise, perspiring, and general heat radiation.  The first 20-30 minutes feel anxious and rushed, but then things calm down for an easy ride.

Medicine Length:  Long. 2.5 – 3 hours

Medicine Uses: (We are NOT doctors – personal opinion ONLY)  Medium pain relief, body warmth and no tension.

Overall:  I must say, this one beat me up a little bit at first with its overwhelming barrage, but when the smoke settled I was at total ease.  Must note that I was very content to be alone on this med feeling no real want for outside stimulation.

Type:  Hybrid – sativa heavy  (Blueberry x Haze)

Price: $50/8th – $20/gram

Appearance:  A knotty bud, very pretty and sharp looking.

Aroma:  Like a blueberry cream cheese icing – but only in wafts.  General berry scent after grinding.

Taste:  Not really “blue”, but a tingly sensation on the inside of the lips.  A lesser berry flavor.

Buzz Type:  Sativa heavy hybrid.  A heavy energy body, with an easy mind.

Buzz Length:  Medium.  About an hour, no longer than 1.5.

Medicinal Use:  (We are NOT doctors – personal opinion ONLY)  A very stong body high for differing pains, but with a clear head.  I’m not positive how the Haze affects the Blue in pain management.

Overall:  The Blue Dream really hit me hard but it wasn’t in a space cadet manner.  It provides an ability to interact and a heightened auditory level.  It is a perfect day medication for me and I usually have some on hand.

NYC Diesel  Medicinal Marijuana Strain Review

Type:  Sativa

Price:$50 1/8th

Appearance: Well manicured and sugary. Nice sized buds with a deep Green pigment.

Aroma:  Piney fuel smell accustomed to all Diesel strains, but not as gritty, had a faint sweetness if anything.

Taste:  Chemical pine. Good expansion.

Buzz Type:  After a short, maybe two minute delay, it was lift-off.  The first hour was an immobile experience of numb fuzzy limbs, auditory displacement and a head I felt might soon float off my shoulders.  The next hour I actually had to go lay down, feeling the 3 hits I took may have been too much (rare for me).  The third was a very relaxing semi functional hour where I felt no real need for re-medication.

Buzz Length: 2 ½ – 3 Hours

Medicinal Use: (We are NOT doctors – personal opinion ONLY)   Made limb and back pain nonexistent.

Heavy Duty Fruity Medicinal Marijuana Strain Review

Grade:  B+

Type:  Hybrid.  (Big Bud X Afghani Skunk – THSeeds Variety).  Unconfirmed seeds or clone origination.

Price: $20/gram

Appearance:  Clean, mid-density buds.

Aroma:  A mild sweetness, not the overwhelming fruity you read about.

Taste:  A very quick burst of Juicy Fruit gum when smoked via pipe.

Buzz Type:  Mixed with Indica dominance.

Buzz Length:  Medium.  1.5-2 hours.

Medicinal Use:  (We are NOT doctors – personal opinion ONLY)  Sleep inducer after first hour.  Neck/nerve pain was eliminated, peaceful sleep for mid-day necessary nap (slept three hours in a light room!)

Overall:  The HDF gave me a pretty heavy, quick intoxication that had me laying in bed watching whatever channel happened to be on.  I seriously forgot about the option of changing channels, it simlply didn’t exist.  This wasn’t an activity based strain, but the combination of power and sleepiness, mixed with an excellent taste leads me to a favorable review.  This was on the fence between an A- and a B+ with the nod coming for the duration and the terrific sleep it provided in a mid-day setting.
