Durban Poison (Verde)

Durban Poison Medical Marijuana Strain Review
From: Verde
Grade: A-
Type: Sativa-dominant hybrid, South African landrace variety x Dutch Skunk
Price: $50/8th
Appearance: (7/10) Average trichome count but well cured. Great harvest time with about 25% ambering.
Aroma: (8/10) Sweet anise, classic and pungent. One of my favorites.
Taste: (6/10) The classic taste (anise, cloves, slight sweetness) was muted, likely from flush issues as the ash remained black.
Effects: Immediately affects the head, and although various areas across our reviewers, it commonly focuses on the forehead.
Duration: Long. 2+ hours
Medicinal Use: (We are NOT doctors – personal opinion ONLY) General uplifting attitude, mild pain relief, sinus/headache focus, motivational but not euphoric.
Overall: A few of our guys really love the Durban and found this to be a great example of the strain. The taste was the only real flaw in the sample but it wasn’t unpleasant at all. As always, if you like a sativa but find Diesels too “speedy” or electric, the Durban is a great alternative.
**Subsequent visits found the taste issue with this specimen to be an anomaly.

I dunno, in my humble opinion, every time I get home from Verde and start medicating its like the first time I ever got high… Everything they have there is A+ quality… That Durban they got makes the back of my eyes vibrate.
