Type:  Indica – OG Kush Pheno

Appearance:  A sugar dipped asteroid, lots of texture and a very pleasing visual cue.

Aroma:  Pungent pine cleaner mixed with menthol and had a sinus clear effect – smelled very “clean”.

Taste:  Sour & bitter pine taste. Pleasant and not harsh.

Buzz Type:  An off-the-bat strong starter where occurrence of stimulation in all senses is prevalent.  I would include feelings of increased heart rate, floating somewhat dizzy head, tingly limbs/fingers, and a decrease in visual awareness (tunnel vision).  I must admit for the first hour I was floored, feeling incapable of just about anything requiring activity or effort in thought.  However, I received a call I needed to take and a surge of functionality and sharpness arose.

Buzz Length:  Long. 2 ½-3Hours

Medicinal Use:  (We are NOT doctors – personal opinion ONLY)  No noticeable pain in my back and was even able to clear a slight stress headache.

Overall:  I went to two distinct states while on the Asteroid, one of complete somatic state that rose to one of capability (a nice mixed bag).  I also appreciated that I experienced zero paranoia from such a powerful strain.  This is a very potent indica that possesses enough sativa qualities to keep from locking you to the chair.  We were told this sample had a THC % higher than anything else reported in Colorado – I will concur that it is very strong, but no stronger than some of the other 20%+ samples we’ve reviewed.  The percentage quoted at the store (28%) seems to be wishful thinking and we were not shown testing reports.
